Emmanuel Agyemang
Assistant Principal BTEC and T Levels
Emmanuel joined CTK Emmanuel in 2004 as Teacher of Business, he was promoted to Coordinator of Business in 2008 and then Head of Business, Law and Economics. Emmanuel completed the CTK Leadership course, a unique year long programme for current and potential leaders. This included him undertaking a detailed action research project focusing on Effective Reward Systems and their impact on learners outcomes. In 2019 he was promoted to Assistant Principal, BTEC and T Levels at the St Mary’s site.
Emmanuel says …
“CTK is a diverse community – where each member of staff is valued for their specific and individual contribution to the success of the college. This is evident in my 15 years of service and I have enjoyed every day working in this vibrant working environment. CTK encourages excellence for all who work there and this is mainly achieved through the provision of generous CPD opportunities. Training is key to what we do at CTK and is often tailor-made to meet individual need. I have personally benefitted from the internal Leadership and Management course, where I have been supported, encouraged and mentored to complete a personal research project, which essentially prepared me for the Senior Management role I currently hold”.
