EDUCATION AND EARLY YEARS T LEVEL Discover the rewarding world of working with children with our T Level in Education and Early Years. You can go on to study a range of education and early years courses at university, a degree apprenticeship, or start work as a teaching assistant, nursery worker, learning mentor, or in special education needs. This course gives you the knowledge and skills to support learning and development in early years settings and schools. Content You will study child development, health and wellbeing, safeguarding, and how educational settings operate. The course includes hands-on experience through placements in schools and nurseries, where you’ll develop practical skills in supporting learning and working with children and families. This prepares you to enter skilled roles in early years education or childcare, progress to higher education in teaching, early child development, special needs or pursue higher-level apprenticeships in education and childcare. Assessment The assessment is a mixture of externally set assessment with the Core Assessment, Employer Set Project, Vocationally relevant work experience and a synoptic assessment. This course has been developed in collaboration with industry professionals to equip you with the technical skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to succeed in the accountancy sector. Accounting careers can include credit controller, payroll clerk, auditor, cashier, finance assistant, purchase ledger clerk, and more. Content This course provides a practical and in-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial practices. You will learn how to prepare and interpret financial statements, manage budgets, understand taxation, and use accounting software. The course combines classroom learning with industry placements, giving you real-world experience and preparing you for careers in accounting, finance, or further study in higher education. This Technical Qualification, equivalent to 3 A Levels, aligns to the Payroll Administrator and Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeships and, therefore, supports progression to entry-level job opportunities in accountancy and payroll, as well as higher education.
