Sustainability At Christ the King Sixth Forms, we prioritise environmental strategies and sustainability. Our initiatives include reducing our carbon footprint, promoting eco-friendly practices and leading environmental projects to raise awareness in our community. We proudly received the Eco-Schools Green Flag Award with Distinction for our efforts and were also winners of the national Sixth Form College Association Sustainability Award. Our sustainability strategy is focused on addressing the urgent issue of climate change. Our students winning idea in the IKEA X Let’s Go Zero Competition involved creating an Eco Hub as a workspace for students, the local community and schools to enhance sustainability understanding and application. We aim to inspire students, staff, families and the community to join our sustainable journey. 10 CTK St Mary’s Learning Resource Centre Our Learning Resource Centre (LRC) is a silent, independent study area managed by a team of specialist staff with extended opening hours to support you.
