Mary Brack
Assistant Principal A Levels
Mary joined CTK St Mary’s in 2015 as a Teacher of English. She was promoted to GCSE English co-ordinator in 2016 and subsequently Head of English, Extended Project and Scholarship programme co-ordinator and Enhanced Curriculum leader for Humanities, Languages and English.
In 2019, she was promoted to Assistant Principal, A levels at the St Mary’s site. Mary completed the CTK Leadership course programme which included working with a professional educational mentor. Her additional strategic responsibility is as the Induction Tutor for our Early Career Teachers across the three CTK sites.

“During my time at CTK I have enjoyed working in a warm and inclusive community. Staff are provided with the support and resources they need to develop their skills. With a focus on continuous professional development, governors and leadership ensure teachers are always at the forefront of pedagogical advancements and are encouraged to be outward looking. I have benefitted immensely from working collaboratively, having the freedom to observe and learn from the expertise of colleagues from across the three sites.”
